Firefly Websites LTD (“Firefly”) knows that you care how information about you is used and shared. This notice describes Firefly’s Privacy Policy for our website www.fireflywebsites.co.uk including all online services and functions. Moreover, This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Firefly collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from each User (i.e., “You”) of this website www.fireflywebsites.co.uk (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy is effective upon acceptance for new Users and is otherwise effective on 04 November 2013.

6. WEB BROWSER COOKIES.

6.1 Our Site may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. Firefly collects and uses Users personal information for the following purposes:
(a) To Personalize the User Experience – We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.
(b) To Improve Our Site – We continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.

(c) The date and time the User accessed the Site;

Firefly may also use that information to let you know of additional products and services from other companies that you might be interested in. In addition, you can choose not to receive such information by opting-out on the Customer Profile page on the Site.

13. SIGNIFICANT ANNOUNCEMENTS BY EMAIL.

Firefly may also use your registered name and email address to provide you with significant announcements about Site functions or services that you are registered to use, about this Site, about any user account you may create, about fulfillment of a specific transaction you have requested, or about other significant developments that may affect your use of the Site. You cannot opt-out of this kind of email.
